Purple Dot International Ltd in partnership with Stanbic Bank Kenya hosted a select group of DADA clients in an informative property investment workshop at Artcaffe on 14 Riverside, Nairobi Kenya.
The Women’s Power Breakfast Event shared information on unlocking women’s investment potential while showcasing investment opportunities, and structured finance solutions in the intimate, conversational event.

Some of the developer’s properties featured included the newly launched Purple Tower along Mombasa Road, Elina Residences in upscale Kileleshwa, and Serene Park Phase 2 which kicks off later this year.

While most people are aware of the wage gap, few are aware of the investing gap, which can cost women $1 million or more over the course of their lifetimes. This disparity is even more pronounced given that women tend to live longer than men and incur greater healthcare costs in retirement.
By keeping more of their money in savings accounts rather than investing it, women are missing out on substantial opportunities to build wealth for themselves and their families, amplified even further when considering the power of compounding and the tax advantages of investing in real estate. – Forbes, 2019

The event was aimed at sharing insightful inside information, breaking perceptions around women investing, finance, and property investment which are seen to be major barriers to more women choosing to build wealth in the time-tested property invested market.

Purple Dot International Ltd plans to continue the series of informative workshops to help more women unlock their investment potential with tailor-made solutions for women aged 25 upwards at various stages of their lives.
